The price you pay is dependent on the size of the request. Fill out our order enquiry form on the 'Get Started' page, or send us an email for more information about pricing.

Once we have confirmed your request, we will send you an invoice in both your email inbox, and your MarketScout web inbox. This will display a price breakdown concerning what we have decided to charge you, as well as an estimated time-till-completion. The price displayed on this invoice will be a deposit of 50% of the total price of the research, and once paid, we shall immediately begin completing your request. We will contact you concerning the next 50% once we have completed the research, and require the rest of the amount to be paid.

Yes. Up to 3 revisions will be allowed, after which you will incur a variable charge per extra revision (the price of which will depend on how much needs to be changed).

The 50% deposit is refundable if you cancel your order within 48hrs of order confirmation; after this point the deposit is non-refundable. You then have a further 48hrs to cancel the rest of the research, and incur no charge. If we are not able to complete your work by the timeframe we have given you, then a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.

This will depend on the size of your request, however most requests should be completed within 2 weeks.

An excel/CSV document will be sent directly to both your email and website inbox.
